The hotel is conveniently located in a central area, within a short walk to restaurants and the main train station. the staff was extremely helpful and hospitable, offering us complimentary late check-out service and wake-up calls. the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, with an amazing view, including sausage and bacon options.

The place was reasonably priced. Had very very good stay on our road trip and the weather was fine. Loved the superior queen room with a view, and wonderful and ideal location to the coffee shop across the street. There were central heating, a work desk and a satellite TV in our room.

The rooms are huge and new-fashioned, with comfy beds. the setting is great and absolutely perfect, right by the center of Trier, right in front of the Porta Nigra. It offers good services and has a large and delicious breakfast choices.

Great value for money, comfortable room with a lovely view and excellent heating. The location was perfect and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

After a very long drive from the Netherlands to Trier, Germany we arrived late (10pm) but was greeted with welcoming staff, a wonderful room, amazing location directly across form Porta Nigra gate, and the bar/bistro area open and allowing us a very good meal at a time when most other restaurants were closed. Hotel had a very appealing design and location, plus an equally knowledgeable staff.

Magnificent and wonderful location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. Btw, went to city centre, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

The location here is perfect for exploring local cafés and bistros, and the king room had a great view of Porta Nigra and a comfortable sofa.

Enjoyed my real good stay on our road trip. The staff were skilled and hospitable, a real pleasure to deal with. The location was amazing - ease of access to Spielbank Trier Casino. The hotel restaurant was spacious.

The location here is perfect for visiting City Museum Simeonstift Trier, with a spacious restaurant offering good food and very helpful staff.

This place was well-designed and very convenient, with friendly staff and a cozy bistro bar, all at a reasonable price.

Hotel was fairly clean and pleasant with skilful staff and BEAUTIFUL location in front of the most important tourist spot in Trier. The continental breakfast was extensive with view of Porta Nigra and reasonably priced. I came here for 2 nights and had a very good stay.

Facilities were very comfortable, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

This hotel was in a convenient location in the heart of the historic city center, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The view from the breakfast room was breathtaking and revealed a stunning historical landmark. The staff were friendly and offered helpful service, while the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Other complimentary leisure facilities, including a fitness center and lounge area, were also enjoyed.

No breakfast included in price. Expensive breakfast buffet (16 euros per person). hads to go out somewhere else and found this inconvenient.
